Tyra Banks shocked many on Friday when she announced that she's decided to quit her daytime talk show FABLife after only two months, and it didn't take long for the rumor mill to start spewing out speculation as to why she decided to leave her post.

Can you guess one theory that was thrown around? Yep, some apparently believed that Banks' co-host Chrissy Teigen had something to do with it because of a behind-the-scenes feud or what have you, which ultimately (according to the people of the Internet) caused the America's Next Top Model to leave.

Well, that's not true. Teigen didn't waste any time to set the record straight in her usual fashion—a clever and straight-to-the-point tweet that made everyone take a seat with their impulsive conclusions.

"I dunno if you guys know how bosses work but if Tyra and I were fighting as hard as you're saying, I would be the one off the show," she wrote. And there you have it.

Tyra did offer some insight on her decision, and there wasn't anything scandalous about it.

"This is a very difficult decision, but necessary," the 41-year-old said in a statement. "I will be devoting more time to my new, growing cosmetics company, TYRA Beauty, which is expanding faster than anticipated, as well as overseeing my company's other entertainment ventures. I will however continue to support the growth and success of FABLife and greatly admire my fellow co-hosts and the talented production team behind the show."

A rep for Banks noted at the time of the announcement that she maintains her relationship with Disney/ABC, where in addition to FABLife, she will be developing Life-Size 2 for the Disney Channel. She also recently wrapped a guest starring role in an upcoming episode of ABC's Black-ish.
