It looks like someone's developed some new powers in National City (and we don't mean Supergirl) because Cat Grant can see right through Kara Danvers.
In this exclusive sneak peek of tonight's episode of Supergirl, Kara (Melissa Benoist) offers to babysit Cat's son Carter overnight and, well, let's just say that Cat (Calista Flockhart) immediately hits her virtuous assistant with some of that trademarked sass. "Oh, I see. So you think if you do me this favor, I will owe you something. This is the first time I've ever seen this quality in you, Kara," she says. The twist? Her follow-up: "I love it. I didn't know you had it in you."
While Kara's got her hands full babysitting Carter, her alter ego finds herself with the responsibility of protecting the city from a series of bombings. Talk about adventures in babysitting! (For those wondering, yes, this is the episode originally intended to air directly after the Paris terrorist attacks.)
Elsewhere this week, James (Mehcad Brooks) has a decision to make when his ex-girlfriend Lucy Lane (guest star Jenna Dewan-Tatum) wants to get back together. No one tell him Supergirl's got a love interest of her own on the way. It might make his decision too easy.
