Sofia Vergara and Joe Manganiello are officially off the market!

Despite some media outlets jumping the gun, E! News can confirm the A-list couple said "I Do" in front of family, friends and co-stars Sunday evening after 7:30 p.m. EST at The Breakers Resort near Palm Beach, Fla.

The Modern Family star looked gorgeous in a white gown from Zuhair Murad while the Magic Mike hunk opted for a tuxedo from John Varvatos. Flowers from Jeff Leatham graced the venue as the couple exchanged wedding bands designed by Lorraine Schwartz.

Guests, who were asked to make donations to St. Jude's Children's Hospital and Children's Hospital Pittsburgh in lieu of gifts, included Julie Bowen, Jesse Tyler FergusonAriel Winter, Eric Stonestreet, Channing Tatum, Sarah Hyland, Reese Witherspoon, Anna Paquin, Stephen Moyer and Ed O'Neill

It's a special event for a couple who has been unable to hide their love for each other ever since they got engaged around the Christmas holiday. In fact, the couple has been able to display plenty of PDA during their weekend festivities.

On Saturday evening, both families gathered near Café Boulud inside the hotel for a glamorous rehearsal dinner.

At one point everyone gathered around Sofia as Joe grabbed a microphone and sang Guns N' Roses' "Sweet Child of Mine" to her. In the middle of singing the chorus, the actor stopped to plant a big, adorable kiss on his soon-to-be wife. Awww!

During their extended stay, the happy couple has also enjoyed plenty of pool time as family members continue to sport "Jofie" T-shirts.

Based on all of the smiles and Instagrams, you may have never guessed that Vergara joked to being the ultimately bridezilla months before the big day.

"I am very detail-oriented so I am kind of like a nightmare," she confessed on Good Morning America. "I have a very good memory. If you show me swatches of things, I can in two months exactly remember, 'What happened with the one with the little border that had the little print?' I'm like, really bad."

She continued, "[Joe's] a pleasure to be doing this with. He lets me do whatever I want. I show him options that of course I already want and I'm happy with, so whatever he's going to pick I already like."

With a big, special wedding under their belts, fans are already asking one important question: What could be next?

Vergara hinted that the honeymoon could be a much more casual affair. While playing a game called "Say It Ain't Sofía" on Good Morning America, the actress referred to her "honeymoon" as "the thing that I'm not going to be able to have much of after my wedding…because I'm gonna have to go back to work."

As for children, let's just say they've already thought about it.

"Joe is younger than me. He's 38. He's never had kids. How am I going to say no?" Vergara previously told Redbook magazine. "I tell him if we're going to do this, we have to do it, like, now, because I don't want to be 50 with a baby."

Congratulations to the couple! Here's to many years of happiness.
