Gigi Hadid is spreading some good this holiday season.

Before attending the 2015 American Music Awards Sunday night as a presenter, the world famous supermodel traveled to CHOC Children's Hospital in Orange County, Calif., to spend the afternoon with a few deserving patients.

In several candid photos, the 20-year-old was able to bring some smiles to many faces during her unexpected visit.

"Got to spend this afternoon with all my new heroes at @chocchildrens thanks to @ryanfoundation," she wrote on Instagram Saturday. "These kids are so inspirational in their ability to find and show positivity, sense of humor, and personality regardless of their circumstances."

She added, "My heart is so full today because of them. So much love."

One patient who made an extra special impression on Hadid was a young girl named Princess. With bright yellow flowers tied in her hair, this young fashionista immediately hit it off with the supermodel, even as their adventures took them down to the floor.

"She was tired so we decided to take a nap before pics with mom.  Best personality," Hadid wrote. "Thank you @ryanfoundation & @chocchildrens for this opportunity and for everything you do to make the kids' days a bit easier."

After learning about her visit, Ryan Seacrest replied with a simple, "No thank you @GigiHadid."

Ryan Seacrest Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to inspiring today's youth through entertainment. One of their main initiatives is putting media centers known as "Seacrest Studios" in several hospitals for children to experience the world of radio and TV.

In addition to CHOC, Seacrest Studios exist at children's hospitals in Philadelphia, Boston, Colorado and Seacrest's hometown of Atlanta.
