It's only been four months since her divorce from Blake Shelton, but Miranda Lambert has already taken off on a new journey.

And she won't let anything, including her ex-husband's new romance, keep her from getting where she wants to be—or stop her from meeting Mr. Right.

In fact, Lambert, who just turned 32, may be country music's most eligible bachelorette.

"She can't wait to one day have children if it's meant to be and have a husband again. She has not given up on love," a source told E! News.

But in the meantime, she's been hanging out with girlfriends in Nashville and is "excited to start the new chapter in her life."

Known as one of country's cutest couples, Lambert and Shelton divorced in late July after four years of marriage.

Eight days after the news broke of her divorce, Lambert jumped back into public life, selling out a show in late July at one of her favorite venues, 3rd and Lindsley in Nashville where fans cheered and gave her a "ton of support."

It was her first concert after the split and she showed up looking super fierce in ripped jeans, a rhinestone-studded black Patty Loveless T-shirt and black cowboy boots. She painted her pout with bright-red lipstick.

The "theme of the night," we heard, was empowerment among her fellow female songwriters and artists. Lambert "laughed, told jokes, and let her hair down a bit," an eyewitness told E! News.

The Texas native was honest about what was on her mind.

"I've been living off caffeine and sad songs lately. So, we're going to drink some caffeine and play a sad song," Lambert told her fans before launching into her song "Dear Diamond."

Fast-forward to today and the "Little Red Wagon" singer is dating and enjoying herself, but she's also "taking things slow and just going with the flow," our source says. "It's all about her right now."

It most certainly is.

The "Over You" singer took her first summer off in years and returned to Nashville, where she launched her career.

She also was honored with her own star on Nashville's Music City Walk of Fame, becoming the first of her generation of female country music stars to receive one. She joined greats like Dolly Parton, Reba McEntire, Loretta Lynn, Trisha Yearwood and Martina McBride on the famed alongside the Nashville Music Garden.

"I feel like a bigger part of Nashville than I ever have," Lambert said at her Walk of Fame star ceremony. "I lived here 10 years ago, when I was just getting off of Nashville Star.

"Nashville Star was kind of like my college. I had never really left Texas that much until the TV show. I moved back home after the show. I lived in Nashville just long enough to make a record."

Then she "got scared and ran back to mom. And then went on the road, and I was on the road for the last 10 years."

At the ceremony, Lambert wore Jackie O-style large black sunglasses and looked fabulous in an elegant one-piece sleeveless black pantsuit with a peek-a-boo open triangle at the stomach.

"She looked trim and fit… You could tell she is continuing the workouts and healthy lifestyle," a source said. Lambert debuted a reported 45-pound weight loss in 2014 and she has continued to wow on the red carpet.

The six-time reigning ACM Female Vocalist of the Year took a timeout for some carefree fun after her breakup, getting a new tattoo, joining Taylor Swift on stage in North Carolina and spending Halloween on a party bus with pals.

Also in late October, she snuck off for a little personal time in the desert in California's Joshua Tree National Park.

"She went to reboot, get away for a little, and get centered," the source says. "She loves the energy of that place."

Even after the major honor and the emotional and mental recharge that came with taking some time off, though, it was anyone's guess how she would feel about the news that Shelton was dating Gwen Stefani, his fellow coach on The Voice, who is also going through a very public divorce.

Hours after the rumors were confirmed about the new couple, Lambert hit the 2015 CMA Awards red carpet with spunk. She sported new pink hair, turned in her usual crowd-pleasing performance and carried away one of night's biggest prizes—the coveted Female Vocalist of the Year award.

Lambert also made sure to live it up on her birthday, Nov. 10.

"Never too old to ride a unicorn..," she captioned a pic of herself on Instagram in which she's gleefully riding a horse that's sporting a little unicorn cap. "And thank God for friends that spend the day with you painting your pony! #32tomorrow #bday #unicornsarereal #sophie #gypsyvanner #glitter #reallifelisafrank."

Lambert, sources say, isn't worrying about the recent setback in her personal life. Instead, she's focused on her first love—singing and songwriting.

"I've been spending a lot of time here in the last three or four months. I moved back here and never felt more at home," Lambert also said at her Walk of Fame ceremony in Nashville. "I've never felt more inspired. I've listened to live music or written music every single day since I've been here, for the whole summer basically."

"And I've never felt more ready to make music and learn from music –learn from musicians and songwriters. Every single person I run into I feel like I've built relationships with over the last 10 years of my career, and I feel like I have so much family here and friendships. I could not be more thrilled to have my name on this sidewalk down here because it means the world."

Our source says Lambert is excited for the holidays and plans to be with her nearest and dearest. After that, she's going to get back to touring next year and we can only imagine what sort of songs might spring from her bittersweet summer.

"Her music, friends and family is what makes her feel best at this point in her life," the insider says.

As she told the Nashville crowd: "I feel like I'm just getting started."
