E! News has confirmed that the Late Night host and wife Alexi Ashe are expecting their first child together.
No details on Ashe's pregnancy have been revealed, but a source tells Us Weekly, who first reported the story, that the lovebirds "are so thrilled to become parents and were so happy to share the exciting news with friends and cast members from SNL last night."
Meyers married the lawyer, whom he'd met at Chris Kattan's wedding, in 2013 during a star-studded ceremony on Martha's Vineyard in Massachusetts.
Celebrity attendees included Olivia Wilde, Jack McBrayer, Ali Larter, Olivia Munn, Allison Williams, Rashida Jones and Nick Kroll, as well as SNL's Kristen Wiig, Andy Samberg, Fred Armisen, Amy Poehler, Jimmy Fallon, Kenan Thompson, Will Forte, Lorne Michaels and Taran Killam.
"My wife is sillier than I am so that makes me laugh a great deal. I make her laugh, too. But I also make her not laugh and that's when I know it's time to retire something," Meyers said during an interview with Your Tango. "I had a sense that she was the closest I'd ever met to someone who I could see myself with. Pretty much right away."
