Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick are continuing to get used to their new normal.

Following their dramatic breakup and Scott's decision to get help at a Malibu rehab facility, Kourt's sister Kim Kardashian says the family is still getting used to all the changes.

"It's a hard adjustment, there's a lot that goes into it and I think as a sister all you can do is being really supportive," Kim recently told E! News exclusively of Kourtney and Scott's situation. "You know, we love Scott too, he's family. So that makes it hard for everyone, even though you might not agree with someone's actions."

Scott's actions include excessive partying, alcohol abuse and not being there for his and Kourtney's three children, problems Kourtney regularly hounded her ex for on Keeping Up With the Kardashians. Over the summer, Scott was also photographed getting too close with another woman before their breakup.

Kim says Kourtney is really leaning on her family now that Scott's moved out. "You just have to be supportive of a family member and you see every up and down and that's just who we've always been," Kim added of seeing their struggles on TV. "We've shared so much and Kourtney has been so open with sharing her life."

But Kourtney and Scott's relationship drama isn't new. Their rocky relationship has been documented on all 11 seasons of KUWTK.

"We're documenting their whole life," Kim continued. "We've shared so much. What I've always loved about Kourtney, when we first started doing the show she didn't really care to be on the show. It wasn't really her thing and she wasn't sure she wanted to be on. And because of that she took that mentality of like, ‘I don't really care what people think of me,' because she never did. ‘So I'll show whatever I go through and I have no boundaries and no restrictions,' and she's really shared her life so much. We've seen everything from Kourtney and Scott from the beginning of their relationship until now, you know, and they're not together and they have three kids and it's a huge adjustment."
