Will Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's newborn son arrive sooner than expected?

The 35-year-old Keeping Up With the Kardashians star is pregnant with their second child and her due date is on Christmas day. A recent Us Weekly report said her doctors "want to get the baby out early because of her medical history" and that she planned on getting induced next week, around Thanksgiving, which would be nearly a month early.

A source tells E! News that the report is "not true."

Rather, "Kim is waiting for nature to take its course," the source said.

Kim and Kanye had struggled with fertility problems before she became pregnant. She has also suffered from multiple health issues throughout her current pregnancy, much of which will be seen on the new season of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, which premiered last Sunday. She says an abnormal amount of fluid was observed in her placenta, which could mean she has gestational diabetes.

Early labor induction is sometimes recommended for pregnant women suffering from medical conditions that could put their babies at risk, such as diabetes, according to the Mayo Clinic. The procedure is usually not recommended for those who are less than 39 weeks along, as it comes with its own set of health risks, including premature birth, the need for a Cesarean section, infection and bleeding.

"Every medical issue that you could probably have I feel like I get and I worry so much about it," Kim recently told E! News. "This pregnancy I have a little bit more anxiety just because I know what's to come and it's really inevitable some of the issues that I'm going to have. You know, I have a high-risk delivery and all of that gives me such anxiety."

She also revealed how much weight she's gained while expecting baby No. 2.

"I just don't think pregnancy and me really agree with each other," she told E! News.
