All that butt kicking and zombie killing appears to have taken its toll on poor Alice.

Milla Jovovich reprises her role as the heroine in the sixth and last Resident Evil movie, Resident Evil: The Final Chapter and posted on her Instagram page on Wednesday a selfie that shows her in costume and almost unrecognizable as "Old Alice"...accompanied with a minor spoiler.

"#nomakeup JK!" wrote the 39-year-old actress, who looks like she's about 70 in the pic. "Thank you to @christinaslashes, @andredinoboy, #federicacastelli and @kerry_skelton_ who worked for over 4 hours at 5 am this morning to create "Old Alice" for our scenes today! I will post more pics of the process later! Plus a sexy selfie (not for the weak of heart!)"

"Btw, for all those who think this look is for the end of the movie, it's not! #residentevilthefinalchapter #capetowndiary," she said.

And speaking of artificially aged sexy stars, Old Alice and Old Heidi Klum, circa Halloween 2013, definitely need to hang out.

Resident Evil: The Final Chapter is the sequel to Resident Evil: Retribution, which came out in 2012, and sees Alice returning to Raccoon City, where she joins forces with old (figuratively old) friends, played by the likes of Shawn Roberts and Ali Larter, to stop the Umbrella Corporation and save humanity. Franchise newbies include William Levy and Orange Is the New Black star Ruby Rose.

Resident Evil: The Final Chapter is set for release on Jan. 27, 2017.

Throwback! Here's what Milla Jovovich told us about Resident Evil: Retribution in 2012.
