Poor kid! One Pennsylvania boy has a "toy story" of his own, and sadly it's not a happy one. According to CBS 3 Philadelphia, Levi Zilka and his family were traveling home from a trip to Disney World when airport TSA confiscated one of the 5-year-old's souvenirs. Security officials tossed out his Buzz Lightyear "flip grip" toy because it resembled a gun. We're all for airport safety, but this is a tad extra if you ask us. Apparently the Zilka family thought so too because the boy's father has since complained to the TSA. The little boy told news cameras he was sad "because they threw it in the trash."

Aw. We would be too! Levi's uncle had bought him the toy during their trip, which security officials said could be placed in a check-in bag. Unfortunately the family had only carry-on luggage and had no choice but to leave the souvenir behind. The boy's father said in an interview, "Once he realized what was happening, that they weren't giving his toy back, he immediately starts just bawling, tears streaming down his face, and crying. It was all I could do not to break down with him in that moment." Talk about a buzz-kill! Here's hoping Santa will hop on eBay and find little Levi another flip grip in time for the holidays.

Do you think the airport was right in tossing the toy? Sound off in the comments!
