Some deliciously good news has arrived just in time for the holidays. The slay kween of chocolate companies announced they will be switching over to simple ingredients in Hershey's Milk Chocolate Bars and Kisses. You're probably asking yourself what the heck these "simple" ingredients are. For starters, "The new, simple Hershey's Kisses Milk Chocolates and Hershey's Milk Chocolate Bars are made with fresh milk from local Pennsylvania farms, cocoa beans sourced responsibly from West Africa, pure cane sugar and natural flavor, with these ingredients reflected on-pack," the company said in a recent press release. Sounds good to us!

Another cool feature? All milk chocolate holiday Kisses packs will be marked with a QR code called SmartLabel™. When you scan the code on your phone, allergens, ingredients and nutrition facts about the product will be provided. Hashtag nifty. Hershey's isn't the only iconic brand hopping on the simple ingredients bandwagon, however. Chains like Chipotle and even Taco Bell have done their part in ridding certain menu items of harmful ingredients. Trying to eat healthier this holiday season? Do your body some good and check out the foods that made the switch from nasty to natural ingredients!

General Mills killed it when they decided it was time to rid their cereals of artificial colors and flavors. USA Today also notes the brand will have phased out the harmful ingredients by 2017. No more tricks in your Trix, y'all! Whomp, whomp.

Chipotle

Chipotle is probably the master of going all-natural when it comes to their grub. No wonder those burrito bowls taste so good, the chain no longer serves food with GMO ingredients. Does this mean we can use their guac as moisturizer?

McDonalds Chicken Nuggets, believe it or not, have also undergone a healthy-ish makeover. Time notes that over the next two years, the chain will discontinue selling chicken that contain antibiotics also used to treat humans. We didn't even know that was a thing, so, well played McDonald's.

Nestle

Nestle, according to The Wall Street Journal, is another candy maker that has opted to remove artificial ingredients from their treats. Now you don't have to feel as guilty stuffing your face with chocolate. Joy.

Yum

Taco Bell is another shocker who made this list. That's right, according to Foodbeast, the chain plans to rid its foods of fake flavoring and colors by the end of this year. Praise be to fast-food Jesus.
