Adam Levine's Giant New Back Tattoo May Be Less Shocking Than Blake Shelton's Singing Voice in the Car

Well, this is one way to relax at home on a Sunday night.

Adam Levine decided it was time for a brand-new tattoo. And before you guess that it's just a simple, standard ink job, we have news for you. It was quite the addition!

In a new Instagram post, The Voice coach opted for a lower back tattoo that fit right below his giant mermaid. And yes, that sea creature is holding a giant skull. The finished product caught the attention of many fans including wife Behati Prinsloo.

"House call," the supermodel wrote on Instagram with a photo of her man's back. Levine added, "If you ever want a tattoo and you don't get it from @bryanrandolph ...you're nuts. He's the DUDE."

Tattoo artist Bryan Randolph from Spider Murphy's Tattoo in San Rafael, Calif., also shared the finished work on social media.

While fans may be shocked at Levine's elaborate new tattoo, they may be even more surprised to see Blake Shelton's latest performance in the comfort of his own car.

In a hilarious video posted on Levine's Twitter, the country star is captured driving around Los Angeles before showtime. What comes out of his mouth, however, is just plain crazy.

"Yup, caught him on tape," Levine wrote online as Shelton tried to sing hum along to a mysterious, unknown track. Shelton later shared his own video of Levine singing loud and proud. With bromances like this, who needs enemies?

Watch the singers close bond on The Voice Monday and Tuesday at 8 p.m. only on NBC.
