Sam Frost won't stand for this latest retouching scandal.

The former Maxim model and radio talk show co-host spoke out on her 2DayFM show with Rove McManus, describing new claims that the men's magazine she posed for in February 2015 is reusing her old shots for the December issue on newsstands Thursday.

To add insult to injury, Frost is also alleging the sultry shots have been manipulated through photoshop to make them look current while also creating unrealistic representations of her body.

"I'm smack bang right on the front cover, implying that I've done a second photoshoot, I've returned to Maxim. They've actually photoshopped my hair dark because I was blond then and now I'm brunette. They've enhanced my boobs—I am quite flat chested and I'm ok with that—and brought in my waist," she claimed.

The 26-year-old Australian public figure is unhappy about the claims, arguing that manipulating the images are not helpful for young women's self esteem.

"I personally feel like it is a bit disappointing because I don't look like that. I'm a huge advocate for being a good role model for young girls and just embracing what you look like."

In fact, in late September, Frost admitted to another radio show that she didn't like posing for the magazine in the first place.

"Yeah I did actually [regret it]. I wasn't in a good head space at that time," she told Paul & Woody of SeaFM Hobart. "In hindsight, I wish I didn't do it."

"It's one of my regrets that you live and learn and I certainly will be thinking about things more wisely," she added.

Santi PintadoMaxim's editor-in-chief, doesn't agree with Frost's claims.

"It's no secret magazines retouch images. The only thing we've done is pretty much darken her hair from the shoot," he told news.com.au. "In terms of enhancements, no. We haven't really done anything to her at all. It's basically the hair colour." However, the text of the accompanying article does say the model has "returned to Maxim."

While these alleged rehashed photos are like salt in Frost's regretful wounds, the brunette beauty finds other ways to pay tribute to her own efforts as a female figurehead through Instagram.

"I feel very flattered when young girls comment on my photos or send me DM's about how much they look up to me & they want to be as pretty as me. Which is so lovely and adorable, but this is the every day me... no filter, no edits, dark circles, messy hair, break outs, uneven skin tone. And I wouldn't change anything about myself! What you see in magazines & on TV is the result of hours in the makeup chair," she captioned a makeup-free selfie on her social media account.

"I've said it before, but it's what I live by," she wrote. "Love yourself, be yourself, exactly the way you are."
