Well hello, Demi Lovato!

Fans attending 106.1 KISSFM's Fall Ball in Seattle were well prepared for a special performance from the former Disney star. They weren't ready, however, for the cover Lovato was going to deliver to a sold-out crowd.

In between performing her biggest hit singles including "Heart Attack," "Neon Lights" and "Cool for the Summer," the 23-year-old decided to deliver her own rendition of "Hello" by the one and only Adele.

Wearing a leather skirt with a matching crop top, Lovato gave an emotional performance that may just make Adele more than a little proud.

Andy Grammer, Becky G and Omi also performed at the radio station's annual concert. In fact, Becky G was just one of many who couldn't help but praise Lovato's cover.

For Lovatics who missed out on this weekend's performance, there is good news. In addition to performing at several iHeartRadio Jingle Ball concerts this December, the "Skyscraper" singer recently announced a tour with longtime friend Nick Jonas.

Titled the "Future Now Tour," the pair will hit the road beginning June 24, 2016 in Florida. It will conclude Sept. 17, 2016 in Los Angeles.

As for Adele, she's preparing to perform a special one-night only concert at Radio City Music Hall in New York City this coming Tuesday. The event will be recorded for a NBC special titled Adele Live in New York City that will air Dec. 14.

It will be the "Rolling in the Deep" singer's first concert in the United States since 2011. As you likely could have guessed, tickets are more than a little hard to come by.
