The 37-year-old Don't Be Tardy star showcased her slim waist and ample chest on Instagram Friday, incensing some of her envious followers as she claimed, "I eat dessert every night after dinner, whether it's a few bites of cake, a cookie, etc.—I love chocolate."
In this particular post, Kim credited her slim physique to a meal replacement shake and specific brand of water. In the past, she's championed other weight loss methods and waist trainers for helping her to shed those pregnancy pounds. Plugged products aside, though, Kim's gotten that bikini body the old-fashioned way: Eating healthy and exercising! It doesn't hurt, either, that genetics are working in her favor.
Kim has also been candid and having had two plastic surgery procedures—a tummy tuck and breast augmentation. She's publicly thanked Dr. Lenny Hochstein—aka the "boob God"—for turning her breasts "back into my 16yr old tatas if not better!!"
And if anyone has a problem with Kim's surgeries, selfies or anything in between, she doesn't really care. She addressed some of her "haters" directly in an Instagram post this summer, writing, "If I don't like something in my life I fix it! Where there's a WILL there is a WAY! Figure it out! In the mean time hit the unfollow button because I don't like negativity and blocking you guys all day I don't have time for...Cause I'm working, sucking my husbands face, tickling my babies, laughing with my girls or shopping online."
"WE ALL HAVE THE SAME 24 hrs so: If you don't like being overweight, go on a diet," she continued. "If you don't like your small boobs, buy some. If you don't make enough money get another job or a NEW one. If you don't like me GET THE F--K OFF MY PAGE."
