The first trailer for the next installment of the series, Allegiant, is here, and of course it features even more badass-ness from Shailene Woodley and Theo James.
Tris (Woodley) and Four (James) are forced to leave Chicago—the only city they've ever known—and venture into a world much more dangerous than anything they've come across before. With incomparable technology "centuries ahead" of their time and a war breaking out, the duo is forced to figure out their surroundings, the people they can trust and if they have the capability to go into battle and save the future of humanity.

With a kickass cast—including Ansel Elgort, Naomi Watts, Octavia Spencer, Jeff Daniels, Zoe Kravitz, and Miles Teller—and action-packed scenes of guns and fighting to intimate moments between Woodley and James, the trailer already proves that Allegiant will encompass everything we love about the Divergent series.
As you may recall, the movies were formerly known as The Divergent Series: Allegiant — Part 1 and The Divergent Series: Allegiant — Part 2. However, as of September, they will now be named The Divergent Series: Allegiant and The Divergent Series: Ascendant. Both films will still be based on Allegiant, the final novel in Veronica Roth's best-selling Divergent trilogy.
