Goodbye pumpkin cookies, we knew thee well.

As Starbucks transitions from their fall to winter offerings, we're getting in the seasonal spirit extra-early while staring through the pastry case.

The company is now rolling out their special blends, beverages, and treats to make us feel all warm and fuzzy while we sip our Peppermint Mochas and make our shopping lists.

Two of our new sure-to-be favorites this year include a Mini Snowman Doughnut, which is already in many stores, and Ugly Sweater Cookies, which are dropping later this season.

Who better to mock your awful outfit as you head to a themed ugly sweater party than the snack you're eating?

Also making its debut is Starbucks' new seasonal drink, the Holiday Spiced Flat White, which drops Nov. 30.

The Holiday Turkey & Stuffing Panini (because Thanksgiving is not enough for that savory food fix) as well as sweet treats like the Cranberry Bliss Bar, Gingerbread Loaf, Peppermint Brownie Cake Pop and Frosted Snowman Cookie are returning too.

The Christmas blends and espresso roasts are also now here, you know, if you go to coffee shops to get coffee, or whatever.

As we welcome these new items, we'd like to light a candle for the seasonal autumn treats which will be making their exit, including the Pumpkin Cookie, Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin, Pumpkin Scone, among others.

You have served your purpose, pumpkin-based treats. Until next year!

We're not the only ones with our special season traditions, watch the video below to hear how Chris Pratt marks this time of year with his family.
