Giada De Laurentiis is not dating Bobby Flayand doesn't plan on it—but she does have a new man in her life...

As E! News exclusively reported Monday, the 45-year-old celebrity chef is currently seeing Shane Farley, the executive producer of FabLife. Things are heating up quickly too, with a source close to the couple saying that they're totally "in love."

When Giada was grilled about her budding romance on The Wendy Williams Show recently, she couldn't help but giggle. Clearly she's smitten, but who exactly is Giada's new guy? Here are five things you need to know about Shane.

1. He's a Foodie: Prior to serving as executive producer of Tyra Banks and Chrissy Teigen's talk show, Shane was a producer for five seasons of Rachael Ray's daytime cooking show. He won multiple Emmys for his work on the show, too.

He was also tasked with being the show runner on Giada's fizzled CBS talk show with Bobby Flay back in 2012. That didn't pan out, so to say, but Shane is clearly right at home in the company of celeb chefs.

2. He Knows Daytime TV: According to Shane's IMDB page, he worked as supervising producer of The Tony Danza Show back in 2004. Prior to FabLife, he served as executive producer of Big Evening Buzz with Carrie Keagan from 2012 to 2013.

3. He's Got Great Presentation: Every good chef knows that while taste is what really matters, you have to take into account what's on the outside, too. This is working in Shane's favor—as you can see, he's a good-looking guy. And, as a source tells E! News, "in person, he's boyishly handsome."

4. He's a Charmer: "Shane is great," a source tells E! News. "He's a really upbeat, smart guy. He's super-creative. And because he deals with talent, he's really good at talking to people."

Additionally, Shane is "a total guy's guy," says a source, adding that the FabLife producer is "a lot of fun at a party."

5. He's Genuine: No bad ingredients here! A source tells E! News that Shane is "very charming, but not in a questionable way. He's sincere."

Sounds delicious.
