Update: Tamar did not make it back in time to perform live, so per the official Dancing with the Stars rules, the judges scored Tamar based on her dress rehearsal footage.

After the tape from dress rehearsal was played, partner Val Chermokovskiy wiped away a tear before defending the dance.

"You just saw a person that shouldn't have been here, and was here because she felt bad for her partner, teacher, you know, that's why I feel really bad, because it shouldn't be like that," he said. "It should be a fun journey. I'm not here to make her life hard. We want to celebrate her effort."

The dress rehearsal routine received a 22/30.

Not again!

Tamar Braxton might be forced to withdraw from Dancing with the Stars, a la Kim Zolciak, due to the fact that she might miss tonight's live show.

As Tom Bergeron informed us at the beginning of the night, Tamar was taken to the hospital in the middle of dress rehearsal earlier today, and while she has not yet made it to the studio to perform, she could still have time.

"This is very much a live show," Tom explained. "We don't have all the information right now. She might return in time to dance live here, we'll keep you posted as we find out more."

According to TMZ, she has been suffering from pneumonia for the past few weeks.

Just over a month ago, Kim Zolciak-Biermann was forced to withdraw from the competition for being unable to make a live show, following her mini-stroke. She was stuck in Atlanta and wasn't cleared to fly back in time to perform. If Tamar can't make it back tonight, she will also probably have to withdraw.

Tamar, who is also currently a co-host on The Real, is doing incredibly well on DWTS right now, especially if she's been sick for any length of time. Last week, she and Val tied with Bindi Irwin and Derek Hough for second place with a score of 28/30, just behind Nick Carter's perfect score.

Here's hoping Tamar makes it back to dance tonight, and that she gets well soon!

Dancing with the Stars airs Mondays at 8 p.m. on ABC.
