Roberts stars in Secret in Their Eyes as an FBI agent who discovers that her daughter is the victim when she and her partner (Chiwetel Ejiofor) are called to a murder scene. Kidman plays the L.A. district attorney who reopens the case 13 years later when Ejiofor believes he has located the killer.
The next few weeks will be full of movies starring Oscar-winning actors. And there's talk that Eddie Redmayne could take home a second for his work in The Danish Girl and Jennifer Lawrence could do the same with Joy.
