How do you follow up perfection? When you're Bindi Irwin, you keep doing what you're doing!

Last week, Bindi and professional partner Derek Hough's graceful homage to her personal fashion icon Grace Kelly showed off the 17-year-old wildlife expert's more mature side on Dancing With the Stars, and it paid off: The judges awarded the pair with a perfect score!

And for their follow up performance on tonight's show, it looks like Bindi and Derek will once again be going for a more mature tone for their Viennese waltz. E! News has your exclusive first look at the elegant ensemble Bindi will be rocking when she waltzes to Alexander Jean's "Roses and Violets."

As designed by Daniela Gschwendtner, the grey and orange gown is iridescent and covered in crystals, and also features chiffon sleeves. We can't wait to see the twirly six-panel skirt in action, too!

And here's hoping Bindi's recent injuries won't impact her dancing abilities tonight, as she revealed to E! News after last week's performance that she's lost several toenails. "Three of them have come off now. The others are superglued and it's like, ugh," Bindi told us. "They keep falling off and they bleed. They bleed and bleed and bleed."

But it sounds like  she's not the only one on Team Crikey feeling the pressure of the competition, as Bindi sent a sick Derek home right after their performance, telling us, "I was like don't do the press line you need to go home, you need to have vitamins!"

DWTS airs tonight at 8 p.m. on ABC.
