The 43-year-old Oscar winner, who plays the character in the new film Suicide Squad, couldn't resist photobombing Diane Kruger, 39, as she posed for photos at LACMA's 2015 Art+Film Gala on Saturday.
"Just you wait, I'll get you back f.....@jaredleto," the actress said on Instagram.
Kruger attended the event with longtime partner Joshua Jackson, 37. She wore a strapless sky blue, flared asymmetrical top, peacock blue pants and sandals, while her beau sported a black tux.
Leto, who sported red dyed hair, a black tux jacket with a gray trim, black pants and a red satin shirt, arrived solo.
The actor had also photobombed Ireland Baldwin, 20, and Kevin Spacey, 56, while they were taking a selfie at the 2014 Oscars. At Vanity Fair's Oscars after party that night, he photobombed Anne Hathaway, with his Oscar statuette for Dallas Buyers Club in his hand.
The annual LACMA gala was also attended this year by the likes of Kim Kardashian, Naomi Campbell, Usher and Reese Witherspoon.
