Kristen Doute didn't have any kind of Vanderpump Rules premiere party—she was in the hospital.
Later in the week, the Bravo star Instagrammed a photo of of herself from Monday."Just because you don't remember it doesn't mean it didn't happen!" Kristen quipped. "how I spent my #pumprules premiere..."
This sent the comment section on fire—so much so, in fact, the Vanderpump Rules star had to post an edit to clarify her initial caption."for those of you who like to jump to negative conclusions, I'll clear up my sarcasm,'" she wrote. "I had reconstructive surgery due to multiple orbital socket fractures that happened a few weeks ago. Coincidence was crazy and my surgery was the premiere day."
Yikes—poor thing. So what happened in the first place that left Kristen needing reconstructive surgery? A source tells E! News she "fell out of an Uber," noting, "She's very accident prone. It was just bad luck, she'll be fine."
Kristen isn't the type to let something like that drag her down, though—she actually worked the bruises from her fall into her Rocky Balboa Halloween costume. "the black eye is real," she noted in an Instagram photo, "the rest are just accessories."
She's a fighter, that one! Here's hoping for a quick and painless recovery.
