Kim Zolciak's husband is really getting creative with how he shows his support for his wife in the wake of her heart surgery.

Although Kroy Biermann has been by her side throughout her health maladies, he kicked it up a notch Wednesday when he unveiled painted toes! Kim shared a photo of his feet on Instagram Wednesday that show his two big toes decked out with heart-themed art.

"Kroys toes for my surgery ❤ if that isn't love I don't know what is!!" she captioned the pic.

The 37-year-old Don't Be Tardy star's husband has red hearts with black EKG lines drawn on white-covered nails. That's pretty crafty, Kroy! Kim underwent heart surgery Tuesday after doctors discovered last month that she suffers from a genetic heart condition. Upon recovering that day, the reality TV star shared a hospital selfie to let fans know she was OK.

"My [heart] surgery was a success!! I can't wait to be back on my feet 100%! Glad it's over! Quite the whirlwind this last month has been...but such a blessing too," she captioned the pic. She ended her note with a series of hashtags that thanked everyone who has been there for her.

"#MyFamilyHasBeenAmazing #TheFalconsHaveBeenSoSupportive #GodIsIncredible #Blessed #Grateful #ThankYouToMyDoctorsAndNurses #AmazingTeam."

She also shared a sweet pic with her son KJ visiting her in the hospital and captioned it, "My little man KJ he is the best snuggler."

Kim's daughter, Brielle Biermann, opened up to E! News exclusively about her mom's recovery and revealed that she'll be back to her normal routines soon. "I'm so glad the surgery is over and we can put it behind us," she told us. "My mom will be back to herself in no time. She's already been drinking her Starbucks…through a straw!"

The Bravo star suffered a mini stroke in September as a result of a blood clot. Since then she has been documenting her treatment and recovery.
