The young model was spotted out with the singer at Cipriani in New York City, but while some might think these two were kicking up the romance, a source tells E! News that they're only pals.

"They are just good friends! Hailey has done a few events and projects with them," the insider reveals. "There's nothing romantic is going on at this time. They had a great friendly dinner!"

Baldwin is no stranger to rumored romances. In the past she has been linked to Justin Bieber but continuously insisted that they were also just friends. "We're just friends. I've known him for a very long time, since I was about 13," Baldwin told E! News earlier this year.

"He's just going through a time in his life where he's transitioning in a really positive way and he needs good people around him. And I'm trying to be a good friend and be there for him and support him."

Hemmings, on the other hand, has been rumored to be dating Arzaylea. They were first spotted holding hands together, and then footage emerged of the twosome kissing. Naturally, the Twittersphere and teenyboppers freaked out.
