There's nothing like a trip down memory lane.

Sandra Bullock and Jimmy Fallon couldn't help but reminisce on their past project from the '90s, Jacob's Patience, on The Tonight Show Wednesday, but it seems that both stars have very different perceptions of their time together.

In the Canadian soap opera, Bullock worked as an ice cream scooper at Sandy's Scoopery, but instead of using her hands, she used fake mannequin arms. Although she thought it looked natural, Fallon thought otherwise.

"You were a little difficult to work with...for one thing, you refused to use your own arms," he recalled.

The Our Brand Is Crisis star had an explanation for her decision, which to her made all the sense in the world. "At the time I was a hand model for Ring Pop so I had my arms insured for $50,000 each," she countered.

As a result of her special requirement, the director decided that everyone should use fake arms so Bullock would feel "more comfortable" on set. "Absolutely no one could tell they were fake," she insisted.

Not wanting to leave the viewers out, Fallon decided to play an old "clip" from their show so they could decide whether or not the fake arms looked real. What ensued is a hilarious mess involving ice cream, fudge and singing employees. Without a doubt the mannequin arms immediately looked out of place, but the celebs did their best with them...until Fallon ordered a cone instead of a cup.

Without having real hands to pick one up, Bullock knocked them all over right in front of her customer. "We seem to be out of the cones," she said.

So, she gave him a cup.

What ensued was the sloppiest sundae of all time, especially when he asked for toppings such as hot fudge, sprinkles and more. Unable to use an ice cream scoop, Bullock used her "hands."

"It's all in the wrist," she explained, as her hand broke off the arm.
