Baby Daddy star Jean-Luc Bilodeau was burned in a freak accident at a Halloween party over the weekend, resulting in a delay in the production of the next ten episodes of his ABC Family comedy. Don't worry—he's okay, and expected to make a full recovery.

Bilodeau was celebrating the October holiday a week early at costar Tahj Mowry's house party on Saturday night when his costume caught fire.

"At the party, Jean-Luc's costume caught on fire when he got too close to an open flame and he suffered burns to his legs and arms," Bliodeau's rep confirms in a statement to E! News. "From what we understand, it was no one's fault and this was merely a freak accident. Per his doctor, he is expected to make a full recovery."

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the costume in question was an "alpaca" getup that included cotton balls glued to a lycra suit.

"While this accident is extremely unfortunate, it serves as a reminder that Halloween costumes and Halloween makeup can be extremely dangerous and flammable," the rep adds. "Please exercise precautions this season and be mindful of what you are putting on your body and face."

Bilodeau's face and hands are fine, and ABC Family confirms that production is being moved to accommodate his recovery after the "non-life-threatening injury." His costars have been visiting and he is "in good spirits." "He is expected to make a full recovery," the network says in a statement to E! News. "The Baby Daddy production schedule is being rearranged to accommodate him."

The incident will not affect the Baby Daddy season five premiere, which is set for Feb. 3 at 8:30 p.m. on Freeform (a.k.a. the network's new name).
