It's Taylor times two!

Taylor Rayburn got a grand surprise when her mom, Allison Rayburn, surprised her with a tickets to a Taylor Swift concert on Saturday in Atlanta. Rayburn told E! exclusively she and her daughter ended up getting tickets at the last minute and spotted Taylor's mother, Andrea Swift, walking through the crowd towards the end of the show.

"I said to Taylor, ‘Come on, if you can't meet Taylor Swift, you can at least meet her mom,'" Rayburn recollected.

Serendipitously, Andrea Swift took them away to a roped off area where little Taylor was put in a director's chair to watch the rest of the concert—a heartwarming moment for someone enduring a great battle.

Little Taylor, who just celebrated a birth in June, was diagnosed in late April with a Stage 3 Wilms' tumor, a rare kidney cancer that predominantly affects, children, according to the Tuscaloosa News. She recently underwent a surgery to remove a tumor and one of her kidneys and spent her birthday in the hospital.

"We are so thankful for the prayers from everyone and that God has had his hand on her the entire time. We have been blessed and wanted to give back, so because of her sickness we started the Project Team Taylor and celebrated her birthday this past year with that...while she was in the hospital," Rayburn told E! News. "So, despite her situation, God has brought about good things from this situation and for that we are thankful and thankful for everyone's prayers and support."

Rayburn told E! that while Taylor does technically still have cancer, she only has a few more treatments left and hopefully they will be done with chemo in December. She does have a more aggressive treatment, but she also has a really good prognosis.

Since Taylor spent her birthday in the hospital we surprised her this weekend with a trip to Atlanta and Taylor Swift...

After the concert finished up, Andrea Swift took them both backstage to meet none other than Taylor Swift herself. The Grammy winner was photographed embracing the little girl in a hug as they both smiled for the camera.

"The whole experience was just wild to me" Rayburn told E! News.

During the adorable meeting between the two Taylors, Swift expressed to little Taylor how excited she was that she could come see her and that she was feeling well.

"When we were leaving and going on the escalator, Taylor looked at me and said, 'I can't tell if this is a dream or if this is for real,'" Rayburn shared about her daughter.

As they were walking back to the hotel and the moment sunk in, little Taylor, who her mother describes as a realist, said "I guess dreams really do come true if they're not impossible."

Like little Taylor, 57-year-old Swift is also battling cancer, though the type has not yet been revealed to the public. Taylor Swift announced that her mother was diagnosed with cancer in April after gifting her with screenings at Christmas.

Swift has been making many efforts to assist families affected by cancer. Most recently, she performed a new song "Ronan" in concert in memory of a 3-year-old boy who died from neuroblastoma. In July, she donated 50,000 dollars to an 11-year-old girl who had to miss Swift's concert because of rapid treatments for Acute Myelogenous Leukemia. Then, in late September, she donated another 50,000 dollars to her backup dancer's infant nephew who was also diagnosed with a form of cancer.

Allison Rayburn told E! she would like to tell Taylor Swift thank you and that their family really appreciates what she and Taylor's mother did for their daughter.

"I am just in awe of the whole thing," she said. "She was just very, very nice."

Needless to say, Swift is as close as we can get to an angel on Earth.
