Kourtney Kardashian did just that when she stepped out in Los Angeles today while taking Penelope Disick and North West to their ballet class.
The mother of three flaunted washboard abs in a crop top and high-waisted leggings that did little to hide her killer physique.
Earlier this week, the 36-year-old posted a shot on social media of her posing in her private gym in nothing but a sports bra and leggings and revealed why she loves working out.
"Working out is one of the only things that helps when I'm feeling anxious," the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star captioned the image on her Instagram account.
Kourtney certainly has a lot on her plate at the moment, including the recent news that her ex Scott Disick had entered himself into rehab facility near Los Angeles after years of struggling with drug and alcohol abuse.
The eldest of the Kardashian sisters and Disick broke up in July after nine years and three children together.
In a heartbreaking moment on the E! reality show, Kourtney cries to Kim Kardashian about how painful the split has been for her.
"I've worked so hard to keep this family together," she says while wiping tears away as Kim consoles her.
Meanwhile, Disick expressed his devastation over the relationship ending in a new promo for Season 11 of Keeping Up With the Kardashians.
"It's been a really hard time going from like having all of you guys, to having nobody," he says while getting choked up.
Clearly it's been a difficult time in for both, and Kourtney's turned to the gym for some peace of mind.
