Losing a pet is really hard, isn't it? No one wants to see a feathered, furred, or scaled bestie cross the rainbow bridge to the better side of life, but it has to happen eventually. But what about our little swimming friends? Fish, while relatively easy to care for in the grand scheme of things, actually make for some seriously baller pets, so it's no wonder that this little girl misses her goldfish pal Nemo tremendously when he finally moves on to fishy heaven.

No doubt they were the best of friends, too. This video of Nemo's funeral completely destroyed us the first time around, and we're sure it'll tug on your heartstrings as you watch his owner give him one last tearful salute in the form of their favorite song (yes, fish are totally allowed to have favorite songs!) The tune that will bond them for life? "679" by Fetty Wap.

We're probably not the first to say this, and we're definitely not going to be the last: Nemo was one lucky little fishy.

The goldfish is long gone, but we can still watch our favorite film animal characters in action:
