Watch: Brooks Ayers Says He Has Stage 2 Cancer

Brooks Ayers has the answer to one of Real Housewives of Orange County's biggest questions of the season.

Does he have cancer? Absolutely yes!

In our exclusive sit-down interview, Vicki Gunvalson's ex-boyfriend made it clear that he's still suffering from health problems. And while his cancer is "improving," the battle continues day after day.

"I went from stage 3 initial diagnosis now down to stage 2," he shared with E! News. "I have no more inflammation, lesions in my lymphatic system. Just have some blood work numbers that need to come down and normalize."

Throughout the season, many of Vicki's castmembers have questioned if Brooks is "faking" cancer. In fact, the three-part reunion has Meghan Edmonds, Shannon Beador, Tamra Judge and Heather Dubrow severely questioning his health.

While previews suggest that Vicki may be struggling to support her man, Brooks assures us that she still believes his cancer battle is the real deal.

"Vicki prior to the reunion via email was telling me, ‘Listen I'm feeling very weak. I'm going to be on an island by myself. I'll do my best,'" he confessed to Melanie Bromley. "Post the reunion, she told me I truly believe everything you have told me and the ladies just backed me into a corner."

While Brooks says he will never take a lie detector test under the advice of his attorney, he hopes Vicki's co-stars will start supporting him instead of suspecting him.

As for not sharing medical records with the group, he still doesn't regret it.

"They weren't sincere in wanting to know about my health," he told E! News. "They were interested in trying to catch me in a lie and Vicki in a lie or a cover up."
