Food Network star Giada De Laurentiis swapped her oven mitts for her mommy hat!

She and ex-husband Todd Thompson put aside their differences and reunited for the first time since their divorce to have a fun family day at a local amusement park Monday. The former couple took 7-year-old daughter Jade to Knott's Berry Farm in Buena Park, Calif., to ride roller coasters and the swings! De Laurentiis shared a photo collage on Instagram of her family enjoying their day out.

"#mommymoments @knottsberryfarm @toddmthompson," she wrote alongside her collage.

This was the first time the celebrity chef and Thompson have been spotted together since announcing their divorce last December. Finalized in early September, the divorce agreement ordered de Laurentiis to pay her ex-husband $9,000 per month in child support. He also received their Pacific Palisades, Calif., home and the $300,000 worth furniture and artwork residing inside the estate.

Although Thompson received a pretty penny, de Laurentiis also walked away with her hands full. She will keep all the rights to her soon-to-be released and currently untitled Italian cookbook as well as her own production company, Linguine Pictures. The two never signed a prenuptial agreement, which explained why she was required to hand over half of her unpaid advances to multiple cookbooks that she has in the works.

Thompson and de Laurentiis first announced their separation on Facebook, writing, "Although our decision to separate comes with a great deal of sadness, our focus on the future and overwhelming desire for our family's happiness has given us the strength to move forward on separate, yet always connected paths. Todd and I share a beautiful daughter and a lifetime of great memories that we both treasure more than anything."

Rumors swirled that de Laurentiis and fellow celebrity chef Bobby Flay were dating after they were purportedly spotted "holding hands" while out to dinner, but a rep for de Laurentiis told E! News that it was simply "not true."

"Back in December, Giada had dinner at Bellato with her agent. Bobby Flay was also having dinner with some friends and dropped by Giada's table to say hi," her rep told us. "They did not have dinner, nor was there any touching going on."

Flay's rep also confirmed what de Laurentiis' said.
