When describing Ronda Rousey, it would be more than acceptable to call her a full-on "badass."

At just 28 years old, the athlete is considered one of the best fighters in the world and can already call herself an Olympic winner.

But while covering the November issue of Self magazine, the UFC champion makes it clear that she's just getting started.

"I want my name to be mentioned along with Mike Tyson and Muhammad Ali," she told the publication. "And I don't want the word woman to be in front of champion."

With that in mind, Rousey is not afraid to work her butt off to accomplish her goals. She admits to hitting the gym days after winning her biggest titles and recalls her childhood where she "never had a date" because she was training non-stop.

Luckily, the hard work has earned her an impressive figure that she's ultimately grown to love and accept.

"I've learned to appreciate all the forms it can take," she explained. "I love feeling like I'm inhabiting the body of a ninja—like I could rob a liquor store with my bare hands if I wanted to—but I also like when I eat a little more, fill out and get a little bit curvier. I feel more feminine."

As the athlete continues to gain new fans with her attitude and skills in the ring, Rousey reminds herself that you have to love what you do. What comes next is anyone's guess. In fact, Beyoncé may even become an admirer of yours.

"That she would use my words is the highest compliment I could possible be paid by somebody I respect," Rousey told the publication after the "Crazy in Love" crooner played her voice at a recent concert. "You have to have a big heart and be so full of love that you fight for it."

She continued, "I'm a much more sensitive person than people think."
