Will Forte's Tandy better behave, because the rest of the Tucson crew from The Last Man on Earth isn't exactly happy that he's back. Okay, that's an understatement—they're pretty upset that he's back, but making do with his presence considering there's only a handful of people left on Earth and beggars really can't be choosers.

In E! News' exclusive sneak peek at Sunday's episode, "C to the T," Tandy (formerly known as Phil Miller until a hotter, manlier Phil Miller came along) must atone for his sins against the group. (The sins mainly boil down to being a gigantic d-bag, and trying to get literally every woman left on Earth to have sex with him.)

The group has punished him by placing a shock collar on his neck and only letting him walk around a small area in their Malibu mansion's backyard. Yes, like a shock collar for dogs. But that doesn't lower the sound of his voice, which they also find incredibly annoying, so they make him wear a collar that also buzzes when he speaks too loudly.

So that's why Tandy is whispering when January Jones' Melissa brings her former flame a bucket full of ice cold beers—and places them just out of Tandy's reach. Good joke, Melissa! Tandy's really happy about that. (That wasn't sarcastic, it is funny. And he totally deserves it.)

Check out the clip above, and see how resourceful Tandy gets when he attempts to reach the beverages. The Last Man on Earth airs Sundays at 9:30 p.m. on Fox.
