Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, your new favorite musical comedy, knows not everybody is a fan of its name. So how is the show tackling this? Why with its own theme song of course and E! News has the exclusive.

Rachel Bloom stars and co-created the show, and in the opening credits she sings a brief recap of the show. Her character, Rebecca Bunch, gave up a high-powered attorney gig in New York to move to West Covina, a California suburb, because her old camp boyfriend from 10 years ago moved back there. Yeah, not crazy at all…

"It happens to be where Josh lives, but that's not why I'm here," she sings.

"She's the crazy ex-girlfriend," a cartoon chorus of the costars sings. "What, no I'm not," she replies. "That's a sexist term…the situation is a lot more nuanced than that."

Please note the butter billboard from the first episode.

The CW's newest show also stars Vincent Rodriguez III, Santino Fontana (Prince Hanz from Frozen!), Donna Lynne Champlin, Vella Lovell and Pete Gardner. The Devil Wears Prada writer Aline Brosh McKenna co-created the show and 500 Days of Summer's Marc Webb also serves as an executive producer. Each episode will feature two or three musical numbers. If you haven't seen the show yet, you need to stop what you're doing and get on board the crazy train because it is delightful.

Crazy Ex-Girlfriend airs Mondays, 8 p.m. on The CW.
