Kourtney Kardashian is back with her children!

The mom-of-three returned to Los Angeles Thursday after an emotional journey to Las Vegas to visit brother-in-law Lamar Odom, and she looks happy to be back with her kids! Kourtney shared an adorable photo of her with son Reign Disick Friday morning, both looking comfy cozy in bed.

"Kisses in bed with my babies kind of morning," she wrote alongside the snap.

Kourtney welcomed Reign 10 months ago and since then has sporadically shared snaps with her adorable baby boy. Although she was in Las Vegas the past couple of days, she left her kids in good handsKanye West's hands! The rapper took on the role of babysitter and was put in charge of North West and Kourtney's three kids while his wife, Kim Kardashian, Kris Jenner, Kourtney and Kylie Jenner all traveled to be with Khloe Kardashian as she copes with Lamar's hospitalization.

The Kardashian-Jenner women have since returned except for Khloe, who remains by Lamar's bedside. A source told E! News that his condition "remains critical" and has gotten "no better, no worse" since arriving at Sunrise Hospital Tuesday.

"Everyone is praying for a miracle," the insider said.

Another hospital source told E! News that Lamar remains on a ventilator to help him breathe, and doctors have also given him a feeding tube to supply the former NBA player with nutrients. Doctors have also been giving him clot-busting medication via IV to prevent any more strokes.

"He hasn't suffered any more strokes," the source told E! News exclusively, adding that his brain swelling hasn't worsened. "But he's not getting better and that has everyone worried."

There is "nonstop praying" going inside and outside the walls of the hospital, but doctors have indicated that those close to Lamar should prepare for every outcome, including a long-term stay at the hospital.

The basketball player's family was also told that because he likely suffered multiple strokes, he could have severe physical and mental impairment, including inability or trouble doing things like speak, walk and swallow.
