When you're a Kardashian, family comes first.

As Lamar Odom remains unconscious and breathing on a ventilator in the fight of his life, the Kardashian family has banded together in every way possible to support him—pausing their lives to fly to the Sunrise Hospital in Las Vegas, canceling a baby shower, ramping up public support on social media, and spending all day and night at the ailing basketball player's bedside.

While Khloé Kardashian has remained at the hospital to care for her estranged husband and oversee all medical decisions, the Kardashian clan has banded together in another sign of solidarity in support of the 35-year-old former Los Angeles Laker.

Four of the sisters have halted all new content to their smart phone applications, publicizing the announcement on the home pages of their apps' sites. The notice reads:

"As a family, we have decided to hold off on publishing content across our apps while we continue to support and pray for Lamar. Thank you for your kindness and understanding during this difficult time."

While their hearts remain with Odom, Kim Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian, Kris Jenner and Kylie Jenner left the hospital Thursday to attend to personal matters, including an "important, pregnancy-related doctor's appointment" for Kim, a source confirmed to E! News. Khloé has not left the hospital and family members and friends continue to visit the bedridden athlete, including Lamar's father Joe Odom and children, who have thanked the public for their support and plead for "continued prayers."

For his many adoring peers who have not been able to make the trip, social media has proved to be the next best thing. People ranging from Magic Johnson to Odom's "brother" Rob Kardashian have shared words of encouragement and prayers in his honor.

Odom was rushed to the hospital Tuesday afternoon after being found unconscious following an overdose at a Nevada brothel. As of Friday, E! News learned he is still in a coma and is hooked up to breathing and feeding tubes. According to a hospital source, doctors warned the player's family that because he likely suffered multiple strokes, he could have severe physical and mental impairments, including inability or trouble doing things like speaking, walking and swallowing.

"It's nonstop praying," a source told E! News.
