Brooks Ayers wants to set the record straight about his love life and his health following some serious drama and shocking accusations on The Real Housewives of Orange County.

In an exclusive interview with E! News, set to air in two parts on Monday and Tuesday, the ex-boyfriend of cast member Vicki Gunvalson breaks his silence about their split. He also talks about his relationship with her daughter and finally answers once and for all whether he is exaggerating his cancer battle, following recent accusations of faking it.

He and Gunvalson had announced their split in August, following four years of dating. In the new E! News interview, Ayers talks about how he and Vicki are moving on—and gives an unexpected answer when asked about his own dating situation! Is He also reveals what ultimately drove him and Gunvalson apart. Would they still be together if it weren't for the show and the women? Plus, is he still in love with her?

Ayers had said in 2014 he was battling Stage 3 Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, an aggressive form of blood cancer, following an initial diagnosis from the year before, Bravo's website reported. Several of Gunvalson's co-stars have accused Ayers of faking his illness.

On an episode of Bravo's The Real Housewives of Orange County that aired in August, a psychic was shown telling three cast members that he had a "wishy-washy perspective" on "the cancer issue."

"HE is NOT faking cancer....it's a fake story that the girls made up," Gunvalson had said on Twitter that month, days before she revealed she and Ayers broke up.

On Bravo's Watch What Happens Live this week, she told host Andy Cohen, regarding her ex's health, that he is "sick."

On the Real Housewives of Orange County season 10 finale, cast member Tamra Judge told Gunvalson, "You're not Jesus and you're not getting nailed to the cross, but you could be going to hell if you're lying about cancer."

On the season 10 reunion (which airs in three parts over the next three weeks, starting on Monday on Bravo at 9 p.m. ET/PT), co-stars Heather Dubrow and Shannon Beador also voice skepticism about whether or not Ayers has the disease. Gunvalson tells the women, "I don't have any proof that he's not faking cancer and I don't have proof that he is."

In the new E! News interview, Ayers says she had told him after the Real Housewives of Orange County reunion taping, "I truly believe everything that you told me, the ladies just backed me into a corner."

He also reveals which former cast members have supported him and whether he would be willing to take a lie detector test.

Also in the E! News interview, Ayers says Gunvalson's daughter Briana is the one who got the story wrong regarding his previous health issues. He talks about their relationship and makes a shocking claim as to the root cause of her resentment towards him.

And when it comes to the Real Housewives star, he minces no words; Ayers gets candid about how he feels about the Housewives who spoke negatively about him on the show, namely Judge and Meghan King Edmonds.

The full interview with Ayers will airs exclusively on E! News on Monday, Oct. 19, and Tuesday, Oct. 20 at 7 p.m. and 11 p.m. ET/PT. Additional exclusive content from the interview will be posted on eonline.com.
