Scott Disick is getting some help.

The 32-year-old ex of Kourtney Kardashian and father of three has entered rehab, E! News confirms. His struggles with drug and alcohol abuse have been heavily chronicled on Keeping Up With the Kardashians.

A source tells E! News that Scott wants to be the best dad that he can possibly be and he is aware he needs to make some changes in his life. We're told he is dedicated to getting help and is taking this decision very seriously.

E! News has also learned that Disick has no work commitments or appearances in the foreseeable future.

The news comes on the heels of Lamar Odom's hospitalization. Khloe Kardashian's ex is currently in a coma after being found unconscious in a Nevada brothel on Tuesday after a drug overdose.

Disick and Kardashian, 36, broke up in July after nine years and three children together, son Mason, 5, daughter Penelope, 3, and son Reign, 10 months. She "has to do what's best for the kids," a source told E! News at the time.

This marks the fourth time Disick has entered rehab. He previously sought treatment in Costa Rica in March, although he checked out of the facility later that month.

Back in November, his attempt at recovery for alcohol and drug-related health issues was also documented on Kourtney & Khloe Take The Hamptons. Disick entered a Connecticut facility following a night of hard partying that left him thinking he was going to die, although, once again, he cut his stay short

"This behavior has been going on for years," Kourtney said on the show. Scott added, "I've pretty much become a broken record and I'm sick of hearing myself."

Following his breakup with Kourtney, Disick entered a rehabilitation facility in Florida, but he subsequently left just hours later. At the time, a source told E! News that Disick was being urged by family and friends to seek further treatment.

In a recent promo for Keeping Up With the Kardashians season 11, Scott breaks down crying and is seen moving out of the home he shared with Kourtney.

"It's been a really hard time going from like having all of you guys, to having nobody," Disick said through tears.

"You forget what happens when you're on a binge," Kourtney replied, to which Scott responded, "I f--ked up. I made the worst decision I could have ever made in my life."
