There's constant talk about whether or not Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick are going to get back together, but the latest development on their split makes it seem like this breakup is for good.

E! News learns that when it comes to their three children, Mason Disick, 5, daughter Penelope Disick, 3, and 9-month-old baby Reign Disick, the 36-year-old mom wants to have the kids continue to physically live day to day with her, legally known as "primary physical custody."

We're also told that no official paperwork has been filed, and despite recent reports, there is "no drama" over their "casual" custody arrangement. The source continues to tell E! News that it's not a big debate because Scott is traveling right now, anyway.

Back in July after news of the split went public, a source told E! News that there was no custody agreement in place, and since Kourtney and Scott are not husband and wife, the two will have to work out an arrangement.

"Being alone & actually sitting with our own thoughts can lead to such growth and realizations that are rare in our everyday busy lives," Kourtney tweeted last month.

A source told E! News in early September that Scott "wants to get back together with Kourtney" and "wants his family back together," however the insider tells us "Kourtney still has no interest in getting back with him."

Over the weekend, we revealed the season 11 promo for Keeping Up With the Kardashians, which showed Scott getting emotional while talking with Kourtney's family over their breakup. "It's been a really hard time going from having all of you to having nobody," a crying Disick is seen telling everybody.

And just yesterday, he shared a somewhat cryptic Instagram post that read, "Never give up."
