Ready, set, recap!

In tonight's all-new episode of Botched, Luci returned to have her nose fixed after her brain aneurysm surgeries and professional DJ Leslie met with the doctors to reduce her seriously saggy breasts. Dr. Terry Dubrow and Dr. Paul Nassif also welcomed Tuesday, a stand-up comedian who had lost almost all sensation and movement in her face after a failed facelift!

From silicone cheek implants to nose drilling, here are the 11 most shocking and outrageous moments you need to relive!

1. Luci learned she could have died on a roller coaster: When Luci returned to have her nose fixed following her two brain surgeries, Terry informed her about the potential deadly risks she could have faced with her aneurysms. "Just walking around, you could have strained or popped an aneurysm and be dead on the spot," he told her. "When people die on roller coasters, it's from this." It was an extremely eye-opening moment for Luci who had recently rode a roller coaster with her daughter before her brain surgeries. "I'm lucky to have survived that little trip I took with her," she said.

2. Dr. Dubrow told Luci she could lose the tip of her nose:  Because of the lack of blood supply in her nose, Terry warned Luci there was a possibility she could end up looking even worse. "You have a good chance of 50 percent improvement and a good chance it could look worse," he said. "You could lose the entire tip skin. That is on the table." Whoa! Despite the danger, Luci was still game for the surgery.

3. Dr. Dubrow confirmed Leslie's boobs were officially droopy: During her exam, Terry measured Leslie's breasts to determine what he was really dealing with. Turns out, she had some seriously saggy boobs. "First of all, normally you should be 21 centimeters from the top of the breastbone top the nipple. You are 29," he told her. You're what we call grade four droopiness. That's the most severe droopiness there is." Plus, her droopy boobs were also asymmetrical. Oh no!

4. Dr. Nassif drilled into Luci's nose: OMG! There are few things more intense than the sound of a drill. Let alone the sound of drill penetrating human flesh! But that's exactly what Paul did to reconstruct Luci's deformed nose. "You keep going, going, going until you look at the side of the nose and say, ‘You know what? This looks pretty good.'" Yikes!

5. Tuesday threw major shade at Dr. Nassif: When Tuesday came into the office for her consultation, she (inadvertently) hurled a jab about the doctor's past marital problems while discussing her own relationship issues. "I was married and it didn't turn out good at all. I'm sure as you know," she said, gesturing toward Paul. "Sorry!" Terry got a kick out of that and teased, "He's famous for his failed marriage. What a thing to be famous for." Ouch!

6. Tuesday revealed she had silicone injected into her cheeks and lips in Tijuana: The doctors were shocked when Tuesday confessed she received a botched facelift and silicone cheek and lip implants in Mexico. Well, maybe not too shocked. "The problems with having surgery outside of the United States—even with a reasonable referral—is that you don't know what standards they have to adhere to," Terry said. "It's a bit of a gamble every time you go down there." Uh you think? Think twice before getting plastic surgery in Tijuana, folks!

7. Dr. Dubrow drastically downsized Leslie's oversized boobs: Terry reduced Leslie's breasts by 60 percent by inserting mini implants to replace her old ones. He joked, "When the implant is this small, you basically have to look at it and go, ‘Aww!'" LOL!

8. Dr. Nassif uncovered Luci's nasal labial flap: During Luci's surgery, Paul had to use skin from her cheek to increase the blood supply to her nose. The huge flap of skin looked incredibly gruesome, and it's safe to say Luci was surprised to see it hanging in the middle of her face. "It looks like my nose is giving birth to a nose," she said. Indeed, it did.

9. Dr. Dubrow told Leslie she might need leeches on her nipples:  It took a lot of work for Terry to elevate Leslie's floppy breasts, which put a great deal of stress on her nipples. The doctor was especially concerned she wasn't getting enough blood supply to the area and told her they might have to break out the leeches. Say what?! "I definitely don't want leeches on my nipples," Leslie said. "But if I lost a nipple, it's okay. I just want to feel like a normal person with normal breasts. I'm not really worried about a nipple." Well, okay then.

10. Leslie's perky new boobs made their grand debut: Following her successful surgery, Leslie was ready to put her chest on display. She invited all her friends over for a pool party so she could show off her stuff and DJ. Leslie made her entrance in a tiny bikini top and wasn't shy about dancing and jumping around. "I feel light. I feel good. I feel confident," she gushed. "I'm finally able to do what I was born to do." Woohoo!

11. Luci finally got the nose she was been dreaming of: Luci was somewhat discouraged when she saw her huge nose flap, but Paul delivered. She ended up extremely happy and satisfied with the results of the surgery. She unveiled her fixed nose at her birthday party with all her family and friends, including her daughter. "I'm the luckiest person in the world to be alive and have a profile at the same time," she said. She even invited Paul to the celebration to thank him for boosting her confidence. "I would really like my family and friends to meet the man that saved my life," she said.
