Just when you thought metallic tattoo season was over, (news flash: It's never over) celebs at Paris Fashion Week go and inspire brilliant ways to make the trend new again for fall.

Most noteworthy, aside from the killer street style inspiration, of course, is how celebs are tactically accessorizing their autumnal looks with metallic touches. While we may not be able to afford that pricey gold cuff of Miranda Kerr's, that gaudy belt of Joan Small's or that oh-so-‘90s layered anklet of Rihanna's, we have big plans to enlist our trusty jewelry tattoos for the job this season.

Instead of pairing the flashy trend stamped in risqué locations with denim cutoffs and other barely-there festival outfits, we're taking notes from fall's best-dressed. For these more polished looks, sub in the wallet-friendly tats as chic placeholders for celebs' lustworthy accessories.

A Little Bit of Everything: Rihanna arrived at the Dior store in Paris in a flirty, pale-pink frock and coordinating bag. In true RiRi fashion, the accessories made the outfit. An assortment of anklets can be artfully recreated with a coil-twisted foil tattoo around the ankle. Throw on a tribal, triangle-printed strand for an added layer that mimics the star's tattoo and anklet combo. You don't have to commit to full-time ink, but a henna palm tattoo applied to the hand rounds out the badass-meets-buttoned-up ensemble.

Just a Sliver: The Australian stunner strutted to the Louis Vuitton show sporting a leather-upon-leather, textured fall ensemble. When you're mixing luxe textures, colors and patterns (like Miranda's graphic-print, jewel-tone top, a pleated and perforated leather skirt, a coordinating hunter green moto jacket and lace-up combat boots) keep accessories simple and streamlined. A dainty slice of metallic at the wrist is all the accessory you need to pull the look together. Playful patterns like a twine-like floral twist, a boho, dotted-arrow or a vintage stone-like design are all equally as impactful as Miranda's designer bangle.

Belt It: It might be her job to look this good all the time, but Joan served up some major skin-baring fall inspiration at the Balmain after-party in Paris. Crop tops aren't going anywhere this season, so take Joan's lead and accessorize the fierce body-con look with a wide belt around your mid-section. Can't afford the astronomically-priced Balmain buckle? Get the look by fastening a makeshift version with temporary tats. This stomach-baring look is the perfect canvas for this festival-favorite body chain, or get adventurous and craft your own by building a belt with this tribal trio of metallic lines right at the belly button.

Now we're just impatiently awaiting the delivery of our Beyonce x Flash Tattoos
