When you're 19, your dad is going to call you out. Ireland Baldwin realized that early Thursday morning when her father, Alec Baldwin, texted her a link to a report that claimed she and Olivia Wilde's ex-husband, Tao Ruspoli, were getting pretty cozy lately. Ireland screengrabbed the texts with her dad and shared the picture on Instagram where she pointed out to her friends just how silly some stories can be.
"Oh my god I just met him yesterday," Ireland responded.
"Well.....? Are you getting married?" the model's dad asked. "Am I going to be a grandfather?"
LOL! At least the 30 Rock star has a good sense of humor about his daughter's rumored love life.
The speculation stems from a photo that captured Ireland and Tao looking like they're more than just friends, but it was probably just an innocent moment between two people. In the one of the photos, Ireland sat next to Tao, somewhat hunched over his shoulder peering at his phone. For all we know, he was showing her a photo!
She also had a laugh about the whole thing in her Instagram's caption.
"This is what happens when you get coffee with friends. You get coffee and then you get pregnant and then it spirals out of control from there... #morningtextswithdad #whotakesphotosofpeopleat7am #ihateeveryone," she captioned the texts.
Olivia and Tao got divorced in 2011 after eight years of marriage. She has since gotten engaged to Jason Sudeikis, with whom she shares a son, Otis Alexander Sudeikis. The Horrible Bosses actor often credits his gorgeous fiancée for their son's adorable looks. When Ellen DeGeneres called Otis' looks "ridiculous" in November 2014 Jason explained, "That's his mom's doing—the majority of it."
She's also responsible for his name! "That's his mom, too," he told Ellen. "She's been a fan of Otis Redding since she was a little girl. So, she's been cool forever, obviously. Yeah, and I was like, 'That sounds great.'"
