It looks like Scott Disick is still keeping up with ex Kourtney Kardashian, even after their messy breakup.

Scott took to Instagram earlier today to react to Kourt's recent nude photo shoot for artist Brian Bowen Smith and his comment may surprise you.

"Now that's 1 hot mama," Scott posted Thursday along with the sexy naked black and white pic of the mother of three. Guess Scott is still a big fan of his former flame.

Meanwhile, fans seem a little confused by Scott's response. "Are they back together? I thought that Scott was with someone else," one user commented. Another shared, "Hope she's not taking you back."

"I PRAY TO GOD THEY GET BACK TOGETHER," a third posted.

Kourt released the sexy nude photo yesterday via social media. "Love being a part of @brianbowensmith #metalliclife series," the 36-year-old Keeping Up With the Kardashians star wrote on Instagram. "Go to vanityfair.com for more images and to read about it. @vanityfair @deregallery."
