Double the Red Priestesses, double the trouble.

Game of Thrones has just added another new face to its cast for the upcoming sixth season, and something (potentially) wicked this way comes!

Melanie Liburd is set to join the Emmy-winning HBO series when it returns this spring, E! News has confirmed, and she'll be playing a Red Priestess. But wait, isn't  Melisandre (Carice van Houten) THE Red Priestess?!

Calm down, Melisandre fans, Liburd is not taking over the role; she's playing another priestess entirely. (Deadline first reported Liburd's casting.)

And this is good news as many fans have speculated that Melisandre would be the person to (Spoiler Alert!) bring Jon Snow (Kit Harington) back to life after his shocking death in the season five finale, especially after she conveniently returned to Castle Black just as it happened. So two priestesses means double the odds of Jon Snow coming back, right? Right?!

While we've never seen Melisandre resurrect someone, we have seen it happen on GOT before as priest Thoros of Myra actually resurrected Beric Dondarrion a whopping six times using the power of the Lord of Light.

Liburd has made appearances on shows such as Stalker, CSI and The Grinder. And the British actress clearly a big GOT fan as she posted on Instagram, "Flying back to London then on to Spain to film Game Of Thrones. Holy *%#@ dreams actually do come true! I'm so excited I feel like jumping up and down!!"

Another new season six additions for GOT include unREAL's Freddie Stroma as Samwell's brother,  Ian McShane in mystery role and Max von Sydow will take over the role of the Three-Eyed Raven.

Game of Thrones will return on HBO in spring 2016.
