After catching some waves, he stepped back onto the beach to strip off his wetsuit, at which point he casually flexed his huge, sculpted arm muscles and perfect pecks.
His hair glistened from the sea salt, tousled perfectly as he made his way up the beach with his wetsuit pulled down just enough to reveal his rock hard abs.
We're guessing you're probably already #dead at this point (we are), but things only get better: we get to see him shower.
Hemsworth headed over to rinse off the sand while photographers managed to capture some unreasonably hot photos of the water dripping down his body.

The trailer puts Jennifer Lawrence front and center as Katniss persists in taking down President Snow. It features tons of explosions, fighting and familiar faces, including Hemsworth, Josh Hutcherson, Elizabeth Banks, Woody Harrelson, the late Philip Seymour Hoffman and, of course, Donald Sutherland.
The teaser only enhances the anticipation for the film, which will hit theaters on Nov. 20.
