Hell hath no fury like a Brennan scorned.
E News has an exclusive sneak peek at Bones' Oct. 8 episode, which finds Brennan (Emily Deschanel) and the Jeffersonian Team on a mission to find Booth (David Boreanaz) after the season 11 premiere's bloody cliffhanger, which leads to an intense standoff with Agent Miller (Kim Raver), who seems to be hiding vital information about his location. Oh, and she's dissing our gang in the process.
"The Jeffersonian is not the only lab in town. It's not even the best. It hasn't been since you quit," Miller tells Brennan in the clip above. Whoa, way harsh, dude.
Brennan's response? She's coming back to work, people! Huzzah!

As for fans wondering just what the heck Booth is up to, don't worry, answers are coming soon. "I think by the end of episode two there will be an answer to that and everyone will say, ‘I get it now,'" Boreanaz told E! News. "He has put himself in danger again and he has been shot and he's bleeding out and trying to figure that whole thing out, and at the end of it we'll figure out the understanding of his brother and how it's affected Booth."
Fortunately, Booth's disappearance won't negatively impact the fan-favorite couple, with Boreanaz saying, "It won't divide them. It will bring them closer together."
