We don't blame Totino's Lady at all

We appreciate her quick thinking in the midst of madness!

In the middle of a devastating flood caused by Hurricane Joaquin, a South Carolina woman opted to inject some much-needed humor into a dire situation.

Angela, or as the internet has dubbed her, "Totino's Lady," described to a reporter what it was like to evacuate her flooded home.

"I didn't grab nothing but two Totino's pizzas out of the [refrigerator] and my doggy, and we left. That's it. I tried to grab some other things, but it wasn't even worth it," she says in the interview.

Frankly, we may have done the same! Pizza and pets are two very important things.

Originally Angela thought they would have 30 minutes to an hour to evacuate, but when that didn't happen, she was forced to think fast.

Only 10 short minutes later, water began to rise throughout the home.

"It gushed in like the ocean was coming in the house," Angela remarked.

She goes on to say that even in normal rain conditions, her apartment is prone to flooding. This time, she says she knew the apartment would be under water.

We're not alone when we say we wish for a positive outcome for Angela and all others affected by Hurricane Joaquin.

Until then, we're grateful for her ability to make people smile through the rain!
