Ronda Rousey is making history—inside the Octagon and outside of it!

The UFC Women's Bantamweight Champion is featured on the cover of Australia's Men's Fitness magazine, which is the first time a woman has ever been front and center of the magazine for men. Rosuey's cover hits stands Thursday and has been deemed the "Hardcore Fight Special" edition. The Australian version's timing couldn't be any better, as Rousey is expected to fight Holly Holm in Melbourne in November.

Although this is the first time for a woman to be featured on the Australian edition, it isn't a first for Men's Fitness. Carmen Electra, Stacy Keibler and Maria Menounos have all been placed on the cover of the U.S. edition. Rousey must be absolutely thrilled about her feat because she shared her cover on Instagram.

"Thank you @mensfitnessau for making me the first woman on your cover!! #UFCMelbourne," she captioned the pic.

The magazine also shared the image on its Facebook page, where it received mixed reviews. Many lauded the publication for putting a woman on the cover, while others questioned why a female athlete would be on a men's magazine.

"What an amazing role model & athlete! Here's to all the young girls looking up to this one and smashing through the male-esq boundaries. First woman ever to grace the cover! Nice!," one Facebook user wrote.

Another, however, disagreed. "What part of the word 'Men's' Fitness is now women's fitness? Ok , I am a fan of Ronda Rousy and admire and respect her very much," Peter Croft commented. "I've been reading Men's Fitness for years but this is a mens magazine, no other great woman champion be it a tennis player, swimmer have made the cover of a Men's Fitness magazine or male make the cover of a Women's Fitness, we have had enough rights and say stripped away, bias against fellas in laws and politically correctness where equality in many avenues have become inequalities..."

Others just focused on how great she looked on the cover instead of harping on the ideology behind men and women's magazines. "Anyone that great looking deserves to be on the cover," wrote Steven Barr.

People may think what they want, but we're sure if anyone got in the cage with Rousey he/she would end up crushed in seconds. There's no doubt that she is one tough cookie.
