Oh, baby! This is one way to work through those contractions.

This adorable mama-to-be uses Silentó's "Watch Me (Whip/Nae Nae)" in a hospital hallway to bring her baby into the world with some impressive dance moves.

An employee from Ob/Gyn & Midwife Associates shared the video on YouTube, writing, "I went looking for my patient to see how she was doing with her squatting. This is what I found in between contractions. Get that baby down mommy!"

Dressed in her hospital gown and bright yellow socks, the woman in labor is all smiles as she busts a move.

The ladies laugh and have a blast as they break out the choreography. What better way to make the time fly while you're waiting for baby?

Plus, it's just not fair how good this expecting mother is at dancing while in labor. Talk about impressive!

Best wishes to the mom and her newest little dance partner!
